BookMyLake is an online platform that facilitates the booking of camping experiences at verified campsites around Pawna Lake, Maharashtra, India. We act as an intermediary between guests and campsite operators.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices displayed are per person and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be completed through the available payment gateway (PhonePe) to confirm a booking.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email.
- BookMyLake reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of payment failure or fraud.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate personal information during registration and booking.
- You are responsible for your conduct and the conduct of all guests in your booking.
- Guests must follow all campsite rules and regulations provided by the operator.
- Any damage caused to campsite property may result in additional charges.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund policies are detailed on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page. By making a booking, you agree to the applicable cancellation terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
BookMyLake acts solely as a booking platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the campsite services. Campsite operators are independently responsible for their offerings. BookMyLake shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of campsite services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on BookMyLake, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of BookMyLake or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
8. Modifications
BookMyLake reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
