1. Trek to Tikona Fort
The triangular Tikona Fort (also called Vitandgad) offers a moderate 1.5-hour trek with rewarding panoramic views of Pawna Lake from the top. Best done early morning.
2. Lohagad Fort Trek
One of the most popular treks near Pune, Lohagad Fort is just 20 km from Pawna Lake. The well-maintained steps make it accessible for beginners.
3. Visapur Fort
Adjacent to Lohagad, Visapur Fort offers a slightly more challenging trek with stunning views and ancient cisterns at the top.
4. Paragliding at Kamshet
Kamshet, just 15 km away, is one of India's top paragliding destinations. Experience tandem flights over the valley for an adrenaline rush.
5. Bhaja Caves
These ancient Buddhist rock-cut caves (2nd century BC) near Lonavala are a fascinating historical site, just 30 minutes from Pawna Lake.
6. Karla Caves
